FOR ONLINE COURSE

Who Should Take This Course?
Owners of the dealership OR a designated Sales Manager
with a VALID Sales License is allowed to take the course.

How Does the Online Course Work?
Once you register you will be asked to set -up
a user name and password to access the course at anytime using
our website.
The course is divided into four sections. Each
section includes a short introduction, the course text and sample
forms.
At the end of each section you will need to answer
10 questions. Your online course is complete when you have read
all four sections and answered at least 70% of all 40 test questions
correctly.
Once completed we are notified via email of your
completion so that we can issue you your certificate.

How Will I Receive My Certificate of Completion?
Your certificate will be mailed to you within the next business
day. Certificates are mailed via first class mail. The certificate
can also be sent by overnight mail for an additional $20 fee.
NOTE: WE DO NOT MAIL YOUR CERTIFICATE TO THE DMV- YOU NEED
TO SEND YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION ALONG WITH YOUR RENEWAL
NOTICE AND FEES.

How Long is the course?
The system is set up for 4 hours to complete the course. .

What if I FAIL my test?
You are allowed to retake the TEST at no charge if you Fail.
