AUTO REGISTRATION EXPERTS, A Vehicle Registration Service


Kevin Kellerman founded Auto Registration Experts in 1981 in Irvine, California. Since that date, the business has grown to service many dealerships throughout Southern California, and beyond. ARE provides vehicle registration services to new vehicle dealerships, used vehicle dealerships, banks, manufacturers, and car collectors.

Services include the processing of title transfers, vehicle verifications, consultations, and auditing. The goal of Auto Registration Experts is to prevent penalties for their customers, keeping the businesses in compliance with the DMV.

Auto Registration Experts has expanded into the “dealer automation project” as a partner with the Department of Motor Vehicles. The issuance of license plates, registration cards, and tags is a new service available to the California dealer. The advantage of having ARE provide the service, allows the dealer use this new program without the need of getting licensed or having to get bonded. ARE sets up the program with the dealership, and makes the process simple.

DMV EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Since 1983, Kevin Kellerman and his associates have taught vehicle registration seminars across the State of California. From San Diego to Eureka, Kevin has presented classes in the fundamentals of processing vehicle transfers. In partnership with the California Motor Car Dealers Association, (cmcda.org), Auto Registration Experts has trained thousands of dealership employees.

These courses are taught every Spring and Fall in different locations across California. Both clerical staff and F&I staff attend the program to better learn how to comply with all the DMV regulations. Also, the “tricks of the trade” are shown, making everyone’s job that much easier.
